These Tours and Day Trips are completely accessible using the public rights-of-way and/or public areas provided by federal, state, county, township, municipal or other governments; quasi-government entities; and/or organizations...except when leaving these public R/Ws and areas in order to access businesses, and private/public attractions. Valu-Line OnLine, its agents, its advertisers, suppliers of content, participating organizations, and the government entities in whose jurisdictions these trips and tours occur accept no liability for visitor or user safety or accidents, and/or injuries or death, when negotiating and following these routes regardless of the method or means of transportation used. Walkers, pedestrians, runners, cyclists, riders, aviators, boaters, drivers and passengers of any motorized or non-motorized vehicles are all urged to obey all rules of the road and any other safety rules and operating instructions established for the method of transport used. All are urged to exercise caution and good sense on these public rights-of-way, operate defensively and courteously, be properly insured and to ask permission of any landowners before entering private property. Do not attempt anything unless appropriate for your individual and/or group abilities, skills, and health. Only participate in these trips and tours during appropriate weather for the activity engaged in.

Additionally, some public areas, attractions or rights-of-way  mentioned, described or highlighted in these routes may be or have protected or unprotected areas and pose a level of danger. Each person is responsible for their own safety and health, or the safety and health of persons accompanying them on these routes. Exercise caution, a safety consciousness, and good sense when visiting any of these areas...and be especially mindful of weather conditions as they apply to the aforementioned.
