Refind Solutions' Technical Support

 

Technical Support is certainly available for all of ReFind Solutions' software products, but it's been our customers' experience that the programs are so easy to learn and easy to use that little if any technical support is ever necessary.

 

Each program includes a Screen-By-Screen, Click-By-Click Tutorial that allows users to begin using the actual programs within minutes of launching them for the first time.

 

If any of ReFind Solutions' products' users do need help, they may make contact by email, telephone, or check the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of this website.

 

Currently, Telephone Support is available between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Should the customers' needs ever grow to warrant an expansion of these hours, ReFind Solutions will certainly make the accommodations.
