LeisureNotes™ BENEFITS FOR DISTRIBUTORS

WHAT IS A DISTRIBUTOR? a LeisureNotes™ distributor is an entity that supplies LeisureNotes™ to LeisureNotes™ Agents, either through premium giveaway promotions or through wholesale sales. Certain distributors may also be Agents that would provide LeisureNotes™ to the end-user, either through premium giveaway promotions or through retail sales. Distributors that are also Agents should exercise caution so as not to compete with other Agents they serve.

The LeisureNotes™ software program will provide a wide array of benefits to its Distributors. Distributors may be independent sub-contractors who service Agents, or other entities that provide products or services to businesses that would become Agents. 

Examples of business entities that would be distributors may include golf product manufacturers that would provide LeisureNotes™ to golf courses that would be Agents. Distributors could also be non-leisure-time related parent organizations that would provide LeisureNotes™  to their member businesses that would be Agents.  

Benefits to Distributors include, but are not limited to...

      Greater satisfaction and appreciation by existing Agents and customers for providing them the valuable LeisureNotes™ program and the accompanying benefits.

      Using the golf product manufacturer Distributor example, increased new customer growth by using LeisureNotes™ as incentive premium gifts when retail customers purchase golf products directly from the supplier, and when golf courses purchase golf products from the Distributor and also become LeisureNotes™ Agents.

      Increased advertising through continual display of Distributor graphics in the program, and through program-included links to Distributor's Internet website(s).

      Inexpensive and efficient means of distributing future promotional and educational content to commercial and retail customers through the use of the ReFind Solutions’ BenefitBuilder™ supplementary Distributor software program.       Royalties received from sales of LeisureNotes™ Upgrades provided by ReFind Solutions, and from sales of other ReFind Solutions’ products.

      Income received from sales of BenefitFiles™  and Distributor Updates created by BenefitBuilder™, and through participation in ReFind Solutions’ XChangingMinds™ Project.

      Opportunity to participate in the development of a Co-Branded “Official Distributor's Version” of LeisureNotes™ to be exclusively distributed by the Distributor.

Opportunity to benefit from solicited participation in promotional and educational content creation and distribution by other companies and organizations.
