LeisureNotes™ BENEFITS FOR REFIND SOLUTIONS' STRATEGIC PARTNERS

WHAT IS A REFIND SOLUTIONS' STRATEGIC PARTNER? Strategic Partners are entities that share a mutual desire with ReFind Solutions to provide products and services of the highest quality and value to a particular mutually desirable target market and customer base. Strategic Partners and ReFind Solutions may provide a variety of beneficial talents to each other. ReFind Solutions' Strategic Partners may also play an active role as Distributors and/or Agents of ReFind Solutions' products and/or services.

ReFind Solutions LeisureNotes™ Software program, in particular, will provide a wide array of benefits to its Strategic Partners. Partners of particular interest to ReFind Solutions may include entities that currently supply products and/or services to individuals and/or companies that would become Distributors and/or Agents of LeisureNotes™ and/or other ReFind Solutions' products and services.

As this pertains to LeisureNotes™, such Partners may include entities that have existing relationships with business organizations in the leisure-time industry, or perhaps other sectors of the recreation industry.

Benefits to ReFind Solutions' Strategic Partners include, but are in no way limited to...

                Greater appreciation by existing customers for providing them the valuable LeisureNotes™ program and the

                accompanying benefits.

                Increased new customer growth by using LeisureNotes™ as incentive premium gifts when attracting new

                business.

                Increased advertising through continual display of Partner graphics in the program, and through program-included

                links to Partner's Internet website(s).

                Inexpensive and efficient means of distributing future promotional and educational content to clients and/or

                customers through the use of the ReFind Solutions’ BenefitBuilder™ supplementary Partner software program.

          Revenue share from ReFind Solutions' LeisureNotes™ sales that are attributable to the Partner's efforts.

                Royalties received from sales of LeisureNotes™ Upgrades provided by ReFind Solutions, and from sales of other

                ReFind Solutions’ products.

                Income received from sales of BenefitFiles™ and Partner Updates created by BenefitBuilder™, and through

                participation in ReFind Solutions’ XChangingMinds™ Project.

                Opportunity to participate in the development of a Co-Branded “Official Partner's Version” of LeisureNotes™ to be

                exclusively distributed by the Partnering entity.

          Opportunity to benefit from solicited participation in promotional and educational content creation and distribution

          by other companies and organizations.
