SoloTrain™ is a Refind Solutions' software program with which users who do any fitness training whatsoever, may store, organize, and quickly re-locate all of their important notes regarding their training.
Information that can be entered and organized can include the users' training schedule, their goal-setting notes, their programs for strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance building, and more.
