Fall River, Savanna Oaks Sorghum Festival. $5.00 admission, kids free. 7:30 am Sorghum Harvesting starts, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Antique Tractor Show, 8:00 am - Noon Farm & Flea Market, 9:30 am Kids Steam Engine Tractor Ride, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Face painting and Tattoos by the Fall River Day Care. 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Lost art exhibits: Wood carving and Weaving, China painting, Wool Spinning, Quilting, Blacksmithing. 2:00 Sorghum cook off winners. 3:00 - 7:00 pm Country Bluegrass music by The Groove Cats in the main room. 7:00 pm 2006 Sorghum for sale. 7:15 Raffle Winners announced. Savanna Brewhaus, Ticket Raffle, and Food Booth.

Lodi - A*Mazing Days for Autism at Treinen Farm, W12420 Hwy 60, Lodi. Bring your family and adverturous spirit to challenge the dinosaur maze. Events include corn maze, pony rides, hay rides, pumpkin patch, pumpkin slingshot, food stand, bake sale, carnival games, raffe, Dane County Zoo Mobile Sat 11 am & 1 pm, Music Sat 12 pm , Figureheads. Proceeds will be used to improve the lives of those affected by autism in the Madison area. (Please leave pets at home)

8 am - 2 pm Fall Festival with craft/gift fair, bake sale, soup, silent auction raffle at Columbus Area Senior Center.

Saturday, October 7 -- Lodi - Duck-a-thon mini triathalon sponsored by the YMCA to start at 8:00 am at the Lodi High School.

Saturday, October 14 -- Lodi - Fall Harest Tour of Lodi

Saturday, October 21 -- Lodi - Tour of local homes hosted by the Lodi Woman's Club. Fundraising sale of Appetizer Cookbooks and artful Lodi throws.

Saturday, October 28 -- Portage. Bring your carved or decorated pumpkins to receive free admission into Pumpkinfest. Help Portage set a World Record for the most carved or decorated pumplins in a row as we line the Wisconsin River Levee with the pumpkins at dusk on Sat, Oct 28. Activities include a Quilt Show & Sale, Pancake Breakfast, United Way Run/Walk, Downtown Trick or Treating, Downtown Scarecrow Contest, Costume Contest, Pumpkin Carving and Decorating, Chili Cook-Off Contest, Pumpkin Pie Baking Contest, Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest, Pick-Off Music Contest and so much more.
