In 1986 we opened our first studio in our home and began doing wedding photography. Soon we were asked to do family and Senior High School Portraits. As our popularity increased, we realized we needed more room for our expanding business. In 1993 we purchased our present studio located at 145 E. James Street in downtown Columbus, Wisconsin. Weddings

Let O'Brion Photography put your mind at ease when it comes time to plan your wedding portraits and memories. Come into our studio with your parents and fiancé. Together we will review display albums of pictures taken at recent weddings, discuss your ideas for photography and then...we can add our special touch.

We will capture your special day and its treasured moments with our "CLASSIC" Wedding Package which is sure to please you and everyone who sees it. You will awaken cherished memories for years to come each time you and your loved ones open your Wedding Album and revisit your wedding day! Your special Wedding Album from O'Brion Photography includes all the pictures we take on your wedding day!

We look forward to working with you, your parents, and your fiancé to record this especial occasion...your wedding day! Together, we will create and preserve your wedding memories!

At O'Brion Photography we want you to enjoy having your Senior portraits taken. We take the "required" head and shoulders photos in the studio; using different poses, different angles and different backgrounds. Our creative and fun pictures we save for last.

Bring in props to reflect who you are. What-ever you're into, we want to show it...organized sports, band, works of art, designer clothes, hunting, fishing, your pet or collection of stuffed animals. You decide! Nothing is too unusual for us to photograph...we love the challenge!

We specialize in Location Photography! Location Photography is the most fun! We will go just about anywhere* to photograph you...at your home or farm, the depot or dam, the woods or a lake, the haymow or farm field. We have taken pictures of cars, pick-up trucks, tractors, horses and cows. Where would you like to be photographed? (There is an additional fee beyond 10 miles from the studio.)

Unique Backgrounds of train cars, a water ski jump, a field of wildflowers, cow pastures, baseball field, gold courses, rushing and tranquil streams, rustic buildings, a theatre marquee complete with the student's name is played, playground equipment a student build, and many more novel ideas students have come up with.

Senior

Portraits

Photo Session's last 1 1/2 hours. We want to spend plenty of time with you to take some really special photos. You will need time to change outfits...formal, casual, sports, etc. THREE changes of clothes are included in this session. We will use different background to coordinate with your clothes and we will use various props. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can be prepared. Bring your parents or a friend with you if you wish. Pets are most certainly welcome! However, we will photograph horses and cows on location.

We photograph many Senior students each year. We photographed students from these high schools this year... Columbus, Fall River, Rio, Cambria-Friesland, Dodgeland, Waupun, Mayville, Horicon, Waterloo, Madison East, Randolph, Waunakee, Beaver Dam, DeForest, Sun Prairie, Poynette, Lakeside Lutheran, Markesan and Hustisford. Children's

Portraits

Children's Portraits are taken in our studio using many different backgrounds and props. You are welcome to bring in favorite toys or other familiar items to help with the sitting. You are not limited to the number of poses or changes of clothes. Pets are most welcome to be photographed with your child or children.

Children are welcomed to the studio and are invited to spend time relaxing and familiarizing themselves with the studio and camera room before we begin taking pictures. Books and toys are provided for their enjoyment. We want them to feel comfortable being here and enjoy their time with us. Parents can be in the camera room suggesting poses, backgrounds or props and can help with the session. We welcome and appreciate suggestions and comments. We may even put you to work! We promise this will be a fun time for all of us!

Family Pictures can be taken in our fine studio, at your home or at another location, if requested.

Our photography session usually begins with the entire family first, followed by pictures of each child individually and finally a group photo of all the children. We can take Mom and Dad together, then Dad with the boys and Mom and the girls. Any other combinations you wish are included. Pets are most certainly welcome to be included in your photo session. We love them!
