POLICIES
MANUFACTURER's WARRANTIES: Much of the merchandise contained in our catalog is
warranted by manufacturers. If a problem occurs, follow the manufacturer's written instructions contained in product literature attached to new merchandise. If you are unsure, or did not retain the product literature, call BOHLINGS for assistance. Merchandise with warranty cards must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.
PRICES: Prices in this catalog are subject to change.
SERVICE: At BOHLINGS we strive to provide "the best in personal service to our customers". This will not change - you have our word on that!

STOCK ON HAND I BACK ORDERS I SUBSTITUTIONS: Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available from manufacturers. If we are out of an item, we will complete and ship your order as soon as new merchandise arrives. If the item is no longer available, we may make a substitution to serve you faster. We make all substitutions with
merchandise of equal or greater value at the same price as your original order. If you are not satisfied with our substitution, you may return the item(s) for full refund, including your return shipping charges.
CREDIT CARDS: You may charge your order with your VISA, DISCOVER or MASTER CARD. Provide your card number, expiration date and signature on the
electronic order form. You may also place credit card orders by telephoning BOHLINGS toll free at 1-800-922-3533
during regular business hours.
CASH PAYMENTS: You may print your electronic order form and mail to
Bohlings. Payment by check or money order must accompany orders. Payments must include merchandise cost, handling and shipping charges, plus state tax (if required). We refund to the penny if you send to much. Do NOT send cash, coins or stamps. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped United Parcel Service. For fastest delivery include your name, complete address, route and box number or fire number, telephone number, plus directions if helpful. If you will not be home to accept delivery, your order may be shipped to another address. Complete "Ship To Another Address" section on the order form. If you desire an alternative delivery method, call BOHLINGS for availability and charges.
HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGES: The Bohlings Online Catalog
automatically calculates shipping charges for delivery to the contiguous 48
states. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions and
all international locations require additional shipping charges which will be
calculated on a per destination basis once your order is received. These
additional shipping charges will be added to your credit charges. Handling and shipping charges are not refundable. Exceptions are if we ship product in error, if you overpay shipping charges, or the return of a BOHLINGS substitution.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We will refund or exchange all
unused items which are fit for resale for any reason within 30 days
of your purchase. Returns or exchanges after 30 days from your purchase must be
approved. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Bohlings will refund
the remainder of your purchase price as either a credit on your credit card
account or by Bohlings check at our discretion. There is a 10% restocking fee
for exchanges, plus shipping and handling charges to ship back to you. Bohlings
will charge the credit card you used to purchase the original items. Shipping
and Handling charges are not refundable with returns or exchanges. Returned
items will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund if worn, washed or
mistreated. Special Order, embroidered, altered, or hemmed garments may not be
returned or exchanged. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only
the purchase price minus the restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to
manufacturer's warranty returns (see the Manufacturer's Warranties section above
for details).
SPECIAL ORDERS: We will assist customers in finding merchandise not featured in the BOHLINGS
Online Catalog. All Special Orders will be pre-paid. Special Order merchandise costs are NON-REFUNDABLE once BOHLINGS has ordered the merchandise from the supplier, unless BOHLINGS is able to return the merchandise to suppliers without a penalty. Special care should be taken when determining sizes for special orders. Special Order handling and shipping charges are not refunded. Call BOHLINGS before returning Special Order merchandise.
SALES TAX: ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE WISCONSIN REQUIRE NO SALES TAX PAYMENT! Pay the Wisconsin Sales Tax amount only if your order is shipped to a Wisconsin address.
