Edith's Cakes...

Edith Kast began her business in 1970 as the Courtland Cake Corner in Randolph, Wisconsin.

Edith combined her skills as a master baker with her creativity and her special ability to make cakes. But that is an understatement, because Edith has the ability to create cakes that are so delicious and so uniquely decorated that they are actually works of art!

Edith can create just the right cake for any occasion, so whatever the occasion you are planning...a wedding, birthday, graduation, anniversary...any event...your cake will the focal point of your celebration meal! Edith's Catering...

Today Edith's is owned and operated by Edith and her two daughters Marian Huetter and Colleen Jones. All three have extensive experience and training in food service. Edith creates the cakes. Marian and Colleen concentrate on the catering service and the cafe.
