History

The Pyramid was constructed in the 1960's by two local couples. The restaurant quickly became "The Place" to go for an elegant evening of fine dining.

The Pyramid is an historic icon of Dodge County.  The building is constructed in the shape of a pyramid and is over 40 feet tall!  Its unique structure has made it famous all over Wisconsin and the Midwest.  The interior is accurately decorated in the Egyptian motif with ancient Egyptian columns, paintings and sculptures.

The Pyramid operated under the name "The Nile Club" for a time and today is the "Pyramid of the Nile" owned by Raymond and Denise Olson.

Ray Olson offers his clientele a wealth of experience in creating the fine dining and positive culinary experience! In the early 1970s Ray served as the Banquet Coordinator for the 37th U.S. President Richard Nixon's "Western White House" in San Clemente, California. Closer to home, Ray was employed at Old World Wisconsin as the Food service Administrator.

Today, Ray and Denise continue the fine reputation of the Pyramid.

The Pyramid of the Nile menu offers a wide variety of succulent entrees for a variety of fine dining experiences.
