	Custom catering options, based upon the needs of the individual customer. Economy Service - All or part of the menu is prepared here and packaged for customer pick up, the customer serves at their location. Or, Full Service - Susie's prepares entire menu and serves at location of customer's choice and supplies attendants in suits (or tuxedos if desired). Business Catering - From Annual Meetings to department meetings. Full or light menu, beverages for meeting breaks, set-up and service at your location or packaged for pick-up.
	Will cater any size group. From 5 people for a business meeting and lunch at your business...up to hundreds!
