The Deke Slayton Memorial Space & Bike Museum is located near downtown Sparta, Wisconsin, on the corner of North Court and West Main Streets. |

Sparta is situated off of Interstate-90 in southwest Wisconsin, and we are less than a 30-minute drive to the east from LaCrosse and the beautiful Mississippi River. |

We are within easy walking distance from Sparta's downtown shopping area, including antique stores, restaurants, municipal parking, and the Sparta Convention & Visitors Bureau. |

| The Museum is not handicap accessible at this time. However, programming for disabled visitors is available on the 1st floor of the Museum Complex. |

From the Interstate, take Hwy 27 north into Sparta. Turn east onto Hwy 16 and north onto Court Street (watch for brown & white "museum" signs). The Monroe County Museum Complex is on the northwest corner of N. Court & W. Main Streets - one block north of the Monroe County Courthouse. |
