The RadioMall Complimentary or Sponsored E-News Service Program is designed as a sales incentive to encourage radio advertisers to buy or "buy up". Stations may incorporate this service into sales programs as station management sees fit. Only those entities and applications shown on the form qualify for this program.

 

This is a non-trade program available only to participating RadioMall stations. Station sales reps may populate the Wisconsin SuperMall city/town pages in their listening area at will without regard for trade-out air-time for V-L. The above form must be completed by the station sales rep and forwarded to a V-L Sales Agent. One form per E-News Service, per City/Town Page.

 

Valu-Line is able to program an individual E-News Service message to appear on multiple City/Town Pages on SuperMall, thus allowing the entity to input information a single time and have it appear on multiple SuperMall Web pages. This enables the station sales rep to offer repeat incentives and sell more advertising to the same entity over an extended period.

 

The E-News Web Page will be designed according to V-L specifications. The entity is welcome to provide their own graphics/logos, contact information and descriptive information to enhance the E-News message. V-L will have final authority over all inclusions.

 

The entity will receive  a User Name and Password, complete use of the E-News utility and will comply with V-L's Terms of Service. The contact person for each entity must be at least 18 years of age.

 

E-News transmissions will contain a "short description and active link to the Web site" for the entity, the station RadioMall, and if applicable the sponsor. This information will be installed upon activation of the E-News and will not be changed until the annual station trade renewal for the E-News Service.

 

If a sponsor does not have a Web presence, station sales representatives may also include a RadioMall Referral Voucher.
