Instructions:  Copy this completed form and attach copy to Service Order for new SuperMall advertiser when submitting for provisioning.  Retain original in station sales rep's file. RadioMall Station Premium Certificate Program

Used ONLY as part of the RadioMall Referral Program.

 

Upon closing a SuperMall advertising sale or renewal, a Valu-Line Sales Agent may hand out a RadioMall Certificate for one or more participating RadioMall stations. Advertiser must be within the listening area of the RadioMall station(s).

 

The RadioMall Certificate will be produced by V-L and will contain a specific premium or discount offered and authorized by the station as an premium and incentive to the new SuperMall Advertiser to purchase airtime on the participating station. The Certificate will also contain station advertising sales contact information.
   

SuperMall Referral Program

The RadioMall Referral Program is designed for sales representatives of participating RadioMall stations. It rewards station sales reps with credits toward their own individual Web Advertisement on Wisconsin SuperMall as a part of their station's RadioMall...when a sales rep assists a Valu-Line sales agent to introduce SuperMall Web products to that station sales rep's customers.

 

Valu-Line OnLine, owner of state SuperMall Web sites, will reward your (the station sales rep's) participation in one or more of these three ways:

 

1) Valu-Line will provide one-time credits toward your annual advertising subscription (initially $50 Set-Up, plus $189 Economizer Ad...$189 annual renewal thereafter), or toward the subscription of new and valuable features to enhance your existing Web advertisement, for those referrals which result in sales of SuperMall products.

 

Valu-Line will provide these one-time referral credits:

  • SuperMall purchases of/under $150 will earn a Referral Credit of $15.

  • SuperMall purchases over $150 and of/under $495 will earn a Referral Credit of $50.

  • SuperMall purchases over $495 will earn a Referral Credit of $75.

2) On the Web advertisements sold through your referrals, an icon "As Heard On WKWK Radio" will be displayed at the bottom of those Web advertisements with a link to your SuperMall Web Ad which will also contain a link to your station's RadioMall. Your Web Ad could contain your own customer E-NewsLetter or even a Catalog Page with pictures of successful customer promotions you have sold.

 

3) If your station is participating in the RadioMall Certificate Program, sales contact information will be included on these certificates distributed by Valu-Line Sales Agents to SuperMall advertisers.

 

Referral Credits are applied to  your future advertisement subscriptions when the Valu-Line Representative submits an advertising order for the referral you submitted.
