I understand the V-L Agent opportunity is available to me only as an independent businessperson and I must start and operate my own business under my own business name.

I understand as a V-L Agent I am responsible for all my own business expenses.

I understand I am responsible for the payment of all taxes and fees of any kind to government agencies in connection with the operation of my business and the acceptance of V-L commission payments.

I understand that as an Agent I would be a contractor and not an employee of V-L.

I understand V-L will not charge me any fees to become a V-L Agent.

I understand that Agent Agreements are offered at the sole discretion of Valu-Line OnLine, that I will be asked to demonstrate sales experience or training, and V-L may or may not offer me an Agent Agreement.
