I understand the UOL Agent opportunity is available to me only as an independent businessperson and I must start and operate my own business under my own business name.

I understand as a UOL Agent I am responsible for all my own business expenses.

I understand I am responsible for the payment of all taxes and fees of any kind to government agencies in connection with the operation of my business and the acceptance of UOL commission payments.

I understand that as an Agent I would be a contractor and not an employee of UOL.

I understand UOL will not charge me any fees to become a UOL Agent.

I understand that Agent agreements are offered at the sole discretion of Universal Online, that I will be asked to demonstrate sales experience or training, and UOL may or may not offer me an Agent agreement.
