In October of 1999, Brian and Bonnie Pernat expanded Pernat / Hasse Meats with a retail outlet in Johnson Creek  called Pernat Premium Meats. This Johnson Creek expansion  allows additional space for custom sausage making and for deer processing.


Angus Beef and Sausage . . .

Pernat Premium Meats specializes in Angus Beef products. Pernat's also carries a full line of fresh cut pork, chicken, and fish products  at the market. In addition, Brian and Bonnie make their own Sausage, Hot Stix, Bologna, Ring Liver, Mettwurst, Wieners, Cheddarwurst, smoked and fresh Polish Sausage, Brats of many varieties, and Beef Jerky.

Cheese . . .

Pernat Premium Meats, in addition to specializing in Angus Beef and the making of fine sausage, carries a wide variety of fine Wisconsin cheese and cheese spreads.


Deli . . .

At Pernat Premium Meats deli, home cooked meats are served on fresh baked buns. Chili and a featured soup are also served daily. Pernats bakes pies, cookies and a variety of fresh buns. Having a party? Pernats can cook the meat and bake fresh buns, just call ahead. Also, call in your order and Pernats will have hot Broasted Chicken for you to pick-up.
